Accomplished Training, Individualized Paths

Our program is led by competitive Hunter, Jumper, and Dressage professionals with deep backgrounds in classical riding. Head Trainers include: Bob Cole, for those interested in Hunter Jumpers, and a Grand Prix Dressage Trainer from Wellington, Florida. Having serious credentials doesn't mean having a rigid barn culture! If you want to learn western, we can teach that too!

We recognize that no two journeys look the same. If your dream is trotting down center line in a dressage test, our trainers provide the rigorous technical coaching, and ring prep you need to succeed. If your goal is simply to develop a secure, balanced seat and enjoy a calm hour in the barn each week or just spending time with horses, your time here is treated with the exact same dedication!

Where Wonder Meets Sound Education

Somewhere between rigorous training schedules and competition prep, the pure excitement of being around horses can get lost. At The Equestrian Club at Hidden River, we built our barn to protect it.

We believe riding should feel inviting & fun, never intimidating (and never lost)! For a beginner or a young child, that means being greeted with patience, clear guidance, and trustworthy equine partners. For an experienced competitor or adult amateur, it means a calm, supportive environment where you can work toward ambitious goals without high pressure.

Grounded in Science, Rooted in Empathy

Good riding begins from the ground. We teach our students to understand how horses think, learn, and move. Combining classical fundamentals with current equine science—diet, social, emotional, and physical —this ensures our horses remain happy, sound partners.

As part of living our values, our barn as a group also dedicates time and resources to rehabilitating select rescue horses. Experiencing how patient handling and ethical care transform these horses grounds our riders in the deeper meaning of horsemanship.
